Olufemi Palmer founded Augment Jobs after identifying critical gaps in the recruiting process during his tenure as a full-time recruiter for private equity and venture capital firms. With a foundation in consulting at Bain & Company, where he also contributed to the firm’s recruiting efforts, Olufemi witnessed firsthand the intense competition candidates face in today’s job market. Driven by a passion for increasing access and opportunity, he built Augment Jobs to empower job seekers by streamlining their search and fostering connections with mentors. As the lead recruiter, Olufemi plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth strategy and overseeing daily operations, ensuring that Augment Jobs continues to provide valuable support to job seekers worldwide.

Larry Fulton is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Augment Jobs, a platform designed to simplify the job search process. With experience as a Data & Operations Analyst at McKinsey & Company and a Senior Strategy Analyst at Shutterfly, Larry saw the inefficiencies in recruitment firsthand. His background in leading tech teams on projects like blockchain smart contracts and business automation inspired him to create tech-driven solutions for job seekers.

Larry’s passion for helping others stems from his time at Yale University, where a peer introduced him to consulting, leading to his success at McKinsey. This mentorship experience drives his commitment to connecting job seekers with the resources they need to advance their careers.

In addition to his work at Augment Jobs, Larry has advised over a dozen startups and served as a pro-bono consultant for nonprofits. He is also pursuing an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, furthering his expertise in strategy and operations.
